Hosting a session on the mutual termination of employment contracts

The Labour Law and Business Law (Banking & Finance) Departments of 99 AVOCATS ASSOCIÉS organised a breakfast seminar on the mutual termination of employment contracts, aimed at their clients in the banking sector.

The session was introduced by Patricia KEMAYOU MENGUE, Head of the Business Law Department at 99 AVOCATS ASSOCIÉS, and then led by Sarah FILIPPI, Partner, Delphine SOLEILHAVOUP, Head of the Labour Law Department, Renaud MACCHERONI, Senior Associate.

This meeting provided an opportunity to address the key legal aspects of this new method of terminating permanent employment contracts in Monaco, the procedures for its implementation, and the key considerations to bear in mind to ensure the process runs smoothly and prevent disputes.
