Montenegro Trade Mission of the Monaco Chamber of Commerce

Ewelina WASOWSKA, Head of the Family Office Department, represented 99 AVOCATS ASSOCIÉS as part of the delegation for the Podgorica & Porto Montenegro Trade Mission organised by the Monaco Chamber of Commerce in cooperation with the Montenegro Chamber of Economy (Privredna komora Crne Gore – PKCG) and with the support of the Consulate of Montenegro in Monaco.

This mission provided an opportunity to engage with local stakeholders in the finance, innovation, yachting and events sectors, to forge contacts and to identify legal needs within an international context.

The Economic Forum and visits to industrial and port facilities highlighted Montenegro’s development prospects in relation to investment, high-end tourism and maritime activities and infrastructures (yachting, passenger and freight transport, marinas).

The prospect of Montenegro’s integration into the European Union also constitutes an important contextual factor for economic operators and legal issues.
