Training in labour law led by Erika BERNARDI

Erika BERNARDI, partner at 99 AVOCATS ASSOCIÉS, had the pleasure of leading a training session organised by the Association des Femmes Chefs d’Entreprise de Monaco (AFCEM) on the topic of "Dismissal and Article 6 in Monaco":

• The legal framework for dismissal and Article 6 de la Loi n° 729 (dismissal without cause)
• Its implementation
• Limits on the use of this provision
• Its counterpart, particularly in terms of compensation
• Penalties for non-compliance with the rules
• Mutually agreed termination of the employment contract ("rupture conventionnelle"): the main points of Bill No. 1108

Since joining AFCEM in 2023, Erika Bernardi has been actively involved in the life of the association. She currently holds the position of Secretary General.
