Erika BERNARDI

Erika BERNARDI joined our firm in 2014 after several internships with us.

She was admitted to the Monaco Bar in February 2020. She became a partner of 99 AVOCATS in February 2023.

With a generalist background, she intervenes in civil and commercial as well as criminal matters.

Erika BERNARDI has been a member of the Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Monaco ("Association des Femmes Chefs d'Entreprise de Monaco") since 2023. She has held the position of Secretary General since September 2025.

She has also been a member of the International Association of Lawyers since 2026, the oldest global network of lawyers, promoting the exchange of ideas and information, legal training and the development of professional links internationally.
