Participation au Colloque "Monaco et la Cour Européenne des Droits de l'Homme"

Erika BERNARDI and Maeva ZAMPORI took part in the Conference on the European Court of Human Rights organised by the Monegasque Institute for Training in the Legal Professions (IMFPJ). This event forms part of the official programme of Monaco Presidency of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe (May–November 2026).
This day of discussions brought together institutional representatives, judges from the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR), Monegasque magistrates, academics and legal practitioners to address the challenges surrounding the protection of fundamental rights:
- The ECHR and contemporary challenges
- The ECHR: subsidiary supervision to ensure the effectiveness of rights and freedoms
- The Principality and the right of individual access to the ECHR
- The right to be heard: proceedings before the ECHR
- Ensuring the effectiveness of the law: the enforcement of ECHR judgments - ECHR case law and the Monegasque legal system
- Monegasque courts in dialogue with the ECHR
- Law-making in the light of ECHR case law
