Contribution in the framework of the International Network of Privacy Law Professionals (INPLP)

"Activity of the Personal Data Supervisory Authority of Monaco (CCIN) : Increase in the Number of Complaints and Recommendations"

Our article for the INPLP network presents the complaints addressed to the CCIN by the data subjects, the number of which, proportionally to Monaco, is rising sharply:

• requests to remove online content;
• complaints relating to the workplace;
• complaints relating to banking establishments;
• complaints relating to commercial canvassing;
• complaints relating to cameras in residential buildings;
• complaints relating to mobile applications;
• complaints relating to access to administrative documents, which highlighted a gap in Monegasque law.
