Antonin PÉCHARD has practiced as a lawyer in Paris since his swearing-in, after earning his master's degree from SciencesPo Paris, the CRFPA at Panthéon-Sorbonne University, and the CAPA at the French School of the Bar.

He specializes in criminal law, as well as constitutional law and fundamental freedoms.

His primary focus is on litigation in business criminal law and general criminal law, for both individuals and legal entities.

He also applies his skills to advising companies and corporate leaders to prevent the commission of any criminal offenses in the course of their professional duties, the increasing complexity of which poses a constant risk to businesses.

He teaches political institutions and legisprudence at SciencesPo Paris.
