Before joining the team 99 Avocats associés in 2019, Julie PROUST practiced as a lawyer in France for 16 years, then joined a law firm in Monaco.

Her legal education in private law and her specific professional experience in family law allow her to master all issues and litigations related to family law, including changes in matrimonial regime, divorce proceedings, litigation related to the exercise of parental authority or proceedings related to child protection before the Tutelary Judge.

She also deals with issues relating to filiation, in particular adoptions and paternity disputes, as well as those relating to the status of persons (guardianship, curatorship).
